捐血者条件

★ 18-60岁（年满17岁者须填写家长同意书方可捐血。）

★ 体重超过45公斤。
★ 身体状况良好。

★ 六个月内没有动过手术。

★ 不可涉及同性恋、双性恋、滥交、服用或注射毒品，
或是以上人士的性伴侣。
★ 女性不在月经来潮期间，没有怀孕也没有一岁以下的
幼儿及喂母乳。
★ 离最后一次捐血已超过三个月。
★ 捐血前一星期内没服用抗生素或其他药物。
★ 捐血前24小时内不能饮酒。
★ 捐血时不能过饱或空腹。
★ 捐血前一天的睡眠达5个小时。

捐血运动宗旨

一、协助国家血库中心收集血包。

二、培养有爱心及积极参与有意义活动的有心人士。

三、使公众认识到自愿无偿献血者是健康的人群。

四、提振关怀社会的公德心，救助需要血液使用的病患。

Me, Xin Ru, Xin Yin, Xin Jie, Xin Yun and Vanessa went to leisure mall on June of 9.

We watched Prince Of The Persia. I ♥ this movie very much. Let me tell you the story.

Is quite easy actually, i need not to tell you. Just follow the instruction.

2. Buy ticket

3. Watch the movie

In 27 of May, i went to SAKAE and ate western food with my family. I ate a lamb shoulder garlic chop. I went there because my sister's birthday is in 28 of May.

But, in 28 of May i didn't stay at home. Wakakaka. I went Ri Yi house for FUN ! Ker Yee reached there early than me. Then we played volleyball together. I'm very tired after playing, of course. Many activities we do that day, so fun.

I went to Ri Yi house for two times already. This two times also after the examination. Yes ! The exam paper is very difficult. I get only 78 in bm. So sad.

"It's okay." said mom. It's very okay ? I don't think so.

虽然要考试了，还是偷鸡来上网。赫赫！

好久没来这里了，好怀念哦！

♫ 我是圣约翰救伤队的团员，要服务咯
♫ 星期六2.00下午就到学校集合
♫ 我被派到与学长团的A组一起
♫ 幸运的是，在大礼堂服务
♫ 由曾庆东老师负责
♫ 被林明云老师（贩卖部的安提）“领养”
♫ 在S3C1过夜
♫ 千人宴当晚，见到日怡和可颐
♫ 在礼堂站了4到5个小时
♫ 回到保健实集合， 已经没有力了
♫ 主席-饶名结 交待
♫ 副主席- 曾孟元和林万玲
♫ 在新楼厕所冲凉
♫ 就晚安了

♪ 6.30被房长拉起床
♪ 圣约翰救伤队负责篮球场和斜波
♪ 被派到篮球场
♪ 篮球场是千人宴的厨房
♪ 地面好油
♪ 擦地面都擦到剩下半条命

♥ 就这样过了两天
♥ 好累
♥ 但我又愉快的两天

3 hours in Lot 10

Lot 10, here we go !

I sat my daddy's car to Lot 10. About 12pm, we reached there. His car parked at the 6th floor. We went to the eating area at the LG floor =.=

I ate porridge with a lot of ' things'. My daddy ate Hong Kong mee, actually he wanted to eat the 'Bah Ku Teh' but selled out. My mummy ate Penang 'Har Mee' and my sister ate 'Lam Mee'.

Then, we just bought something around the food court. After that , SHOPPING!

I saw a big big big high-heeled shoe at the top of a stall. Hehe, it is red in colour!

So big big big big big big big !!!!
